The failure mode of a renovation is rarely a single bad decision. It is thirty small ones taken by different people who never spoke to each other. The tile arrives before the drainage is set, the joinery is measured against a wall that later moves, the lighting is positioned after the ceiling closes.
Our job is to hold the whole thing in one head. A single drawing set, a single sequence, a single person you call. The millwork advantage matters here more than anywhere: because we build the cabinetry ourselves, the largest and most exacting element of the job is never a subcontractor we are chasing.
You get a programme in weeks, not adjectives. What happens, when, what we need from you, and what has to be decided before it becomes expensive to change.

What is the minimum project you take on?
For a full renovation we work best from around the mid five figures upward. Below that, a single room or a kitchen on its own is usually the better fit, and we will say so.
Do you work outside Florida?
Yes. We have delivered island projects in Turks and Caicos, Aruba and Antigua. Millwork is drawn and built in Miami and shipped, with marine grade specification and a schedule that allows for customs.
