What happens after you send

Within one business day
Heriberto reads the request himself and replies by email, or by phone if you told us that is better.

A first conversation, 45 minutes
Free, at the showroom on NE 41st Street or by video. We look at your photos and measurements and tell you what the space actually needs.

A written scope
If the project fits, you get the phases, the weeks and the decisions that have to be made early, in writing.

Survey and drawings
Measured survey and shop drawings for your approval. Nothing goes to the shop without your signature.

What will not happen

Nobody will call you to sell you anything. If you decide not to go ahead, we do not chase you.
Your details are not shared, sold or added to a mailing list. They are used to answer this enquiry.
You will not get a price for work nobody has measured. A number invented before a survey is a guess, not a quote.

Whether we are the right fit

For a full renovation we work best from around the mid five figures upward. Below that, a single kitchen or one room on its own is usually the better fit, and we will say so rather than take the job. Saying it here saves us both a meeting.
