WhatsApp
The fastest, because you can attach a photograph of the space and we already have context. Read during studio hours, answered the next morning if you write at night.

Phone
Best when you want to talk something through rather than describe it. If nobody picks up we are on a site or in the shop, so leave a message and we call back.

Project form
Slower to start, faster afterwards. It asks the five things we would ask anyway, so the first reply already has substance in it.
Who you need
Say which of these you are and it moves faster.
An existing client with something to fix
Write to us with the project name in the subject line and the word aftercare. It goes to the top of the pile and it does not queue behind new enquiries.
An architect or contractor specifying
Send the scope and the programme. We issue shop drawings you can mark up and we hold tolerances you can specify against, which usually makes the job faster rather than slower.
Press
Write with the word press in the subject line and your deadline. We can provide high resolution photography of delivered work and a short biography of the founder.
Already a client?
A door that has moved, a hinge that needs adjusting, a stone that wants resealing. Call or write with the project name and we book it. Work we built and installed ourselves is work we come back to.
