A gut renovation in a high rise, taken back to the studs and rebuilt around a kitchen that faces the bay. Every piece arrived through a service lift on a booked slot.

Kitchen and dining

The before is the honest one: metal studs, bare slab, and a view nobody could use yet. The kitchen was set along the blind wall so the whole length of glass stays free, and the island runs parallel to it with a waterfall end that closes the run without a visible joint. In a tower the logistics are half the job, and every unit here was dimensioned to fit a service lift and a loading dock window.

Furniture is the one exception, and we say so plainly: when a project includes upholstery or casegoods, they are made with ateliers we have worked with for years in the United States and Europe.
